First: Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all consulting services, products, and training files/reports provided by Yassin Nutrition Consulting Office, whether through the website or other channels.

Second: Refund Policy
1. Consulting Services:
o If a consulting session has been booked and not yet completed, the client has the right to request a refund within (3) business days from the payment date.
o No refund is available after the session has been completed or the consulting report has been sent.
2. Electronic Files (e.g., reports, forms, studies):
o Due to the digital nature of the service, refunds are not available after the file has been sent or the download link has been opened.
o If a technical issue prevents the receipt of the file, the office is obligated to resend it or compensate the client with an equivalent product.

Third: Replacement Policy
1. If there is a fundamental error in the submitted consulting report or file (e.g., missing essential data or an error that compromises the essence of the service), the office is obligated to correct the error and send a revised version at no additional charge.
2. Replacements are not permitted based on a change in customer preference or a service that does not meet customer expectations after its implementation.

Fourth: Return or Exchange Request Mechanism

• The request requires the submission of:
o Invoice number or proof of payment.
o A description of the problem or reason for the request.
• The request will be responded to within (5) business days maximum.

Fifth: Exceptions
• This policy does not include services provided under special conditions or separate contracts signed with the customer.
• The office is not responsible for the misuse of reports or consultations after they are delivered to the customer.

Yaseen Nutrition Consulting Office reserves the right to amend the exchange and return policy in accordance with local laws and regulations, and any updates will be posted on the website.
