1. Scope of Work
Developing an integrated internal system for tracking food products, both imported and local, that is integrated with the existing ERP system and capable of responding to regulatory requirements, such as the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), in the event of product recalls.
Main Tasks:
- Analyze existing data flow and business processes
- Design a framework for internal traceability (including batch numbers, product source, and distribution)
- Create data flow diagrams (DFDs) – levels 1, 2, 3 (and 4 if necessary)
- Develop a traceability database and integrate it with the existing system
- Build user interfaces for data entry and tracking
- Create internal/external recall reports and alert modules
- Train employees on how to effectively use the new system

System Analysis: 5 days
Design and Flowchart: 4 days
Development and Integration: 3 weeks
Internal Testing: 5 days
Training and Final Delivery: 3 days

Basic Service - System Analysis and Design
- Includes: System Study + Implementation Plan + Data Flowcharts.
2. Advanced Service - Development and Integration
- Includes: Building a tracking database, developing the interface, and integrating with the organization's IT department.
3. Monthly support for 6 months, renewable for SAR 4,000 per month.
- Includes: System maintenance + periodic call simulation + updates.
4. Payment Terms
- 100% upon signing the contract.
