• The list of ingredients in descending order with identification of:

  • Caffeine quantity (mg/serving).

  • Quantity and type of sugars (mg/serving).

  • Added substances (names or international numbers).

  • Specific ingredients such as taurine or ginseng and their quantities (mg/serving).

• Net quantity (ml, liter).

• Country of origin.

• Name and address of the manufacturer/importer.

• Production and expiry dates, and batch number.

• Appropriate storage conditions.

2. Nutritional Information

• The nutrition facts table includes: Energy, Fat (Saturated), Carbohydrates (Sugars), Protein, Fiber, Sodium, Vitamins and Minerals (if present).

• Serving size and percentage of daily requirement (if provided).

3. Claims and Warnings

• Scientific claims are supported by evidence.

• Basic warnings such as:

  • Not suitable for children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women.

  • Not before bedtime.

  • Do not exceed the daily dose.
